The new occupations list will be available from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection from the effective date. In the meantime, the new list can be viewed from the Federal Register of Legislation.
All applications submitted to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection before 1 July 2016 (post 1 July 2015) will be based on the current occupations list. These are accessible through the Federal Register of Legislation.
